GENERAL SUMMARY AND SCOPE
Under the direction of the Director/Executive Chef, Assistant Chef, or the Site Supervisor, prepares, seasons and cooks food for Firelands Medical Center patients, employees and visitors.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have 2 years experience cooking.
Ability to lift 30 pounds and be mobile.
Related prior work experience with some hospital, institution, or restaurant cooking preferred.
The ability to perform with accuracy and good judgment.
Ability to read and write small letters and numbers and performs basic arithmetic.
